Cathy... I believe the dessert at the restaurant "Olive Garden" is "berries with zabaglione"...which is a wonderful cooked mixture of 8 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup Marsala wine. Cook over a double boiler...whisking until double in thickness. Remove from heat and whisk for another minute. Chill throughly...serve with equal parts berries to zabaglione.
