Now that the holidays are over I forgot to share with you guys one little thing I did that made the kids have so much fun. I made little mice and placed them on all my deserts. They were made by taking cherries and dipping them in melted milk chocolate. be sure to place the cherries on wax paper with the stip pointing up so it looks like the tail. Attach a herseys kill for the head and use almond slices for the ears. After the chocolate has set use frosting to make the eyes. first white then a dot of red. They are so cute and the kids love to pick them up by the tail and drop them in their mouth like they are eating real mice. I decided to do this at about midnight Christmas eve and finished up at 4 am with around 100 mice. The kids loved it.
