Kathy I just got the one which is furnished by the WhelpWise folks. I used it for the first time today and felt a little awkward with it. I'll continue to use it for the next five days or so and will let you know what I think of it. I'm not sure of the cost but you can go to their website, www.whelpwise.com, to find out what they charge for an outright sale.
