Cathy, I looked at her extended pedigree on my CompuPed and Basil is
actually in the sixth generation instead of the fifth. He is 4 times in the
sixth. That means that he is 4 out of 64 ancestors of the sixth generation.
I would consider 4/64's  to be a very small percentage of the overall
pedigree especially since the rest of the pedigree is heavily linebred to
Rose Mullion through several Kindrum Roulette children. That is why I have
always been amazed at the stamp of his markings that comes through from the
grandson.
