Hi Norma

Over the years I have had a few as you describe above, front half works
fine, just too fat and/or lazy to get the back legs under and working in the
early stages. I have never had the flat turtle type that has been described.
Like you, I just make sure they are on a "lumpy" surface, and also keep
"sitting" them, it usually doesn't take long for them to come right....they
usually mature with lovely back ends as well :-)!!
