The outcross was to a dog who was heavily linebred to Caption through two of
his sons. This descendent of Caption is the grandsire of my newborn. Most of
my line's breedings go back to Rose Mullion and the previous link to Caption
was really only one cross until I did this breeding to get Anna, the BT mom
of this puppy. We are very hopeful that this puppy will be what we wanted
to get when we made the breeding that produced his mom. I was trying to
consolidate some longevity genes from several different "oldies" so the
conformation wasn't really the reason I went after a Caption descendent
although he was a lovely dog.

All the best,
Susan Cochran
