There is a condition where the nerve in the check shortens, which gives a
slightly pulled look to that side of the face. One of our girls got it in
her late middle age, it didn't effect anything except her looks.  Her eye
was a little pulled but it worked properly, she lived to 13.5 and died of a
blood clot to the brain, she was still heart clear.
