None whatsoever. Quite a few of mine have one or two retained canines after 6 months of age. I've never removed one, they have always fallen out by themselves--some as late as 11 months of age. No overshot or undershot bites caused--and no crooked bites caused either. I'm ever wary that a crooked bite could happen, but it hasn't happened to any of mine yet.
