I think this comment was make from my post.  When I said my girl still had
her puppy molar (incisor), I didn't mean she never got her adult tooth, she
had both.  Again she was four when this was discovered and it took a bit of
effort to remove that puppy tooth.

I read was the toy teeth have not reduced in size in proportion to the dog.
Usually the teeth are too big, although small, too big for the size mouth
they go in, resulting in fewer teeth, crooked teeth etc.
