Ah, Myra,
While I would race to have lunch at your house it would be both because
of the wonderful food and the company in which you included me. I don't
consider myself in the same class as Jo Ann and Claudia who have been in
dogs for way more years than I.
I have so much more to learn as well. One thing I am learning (and
this discussion does point it up a bit) is that breeding Cavaliers is
different and a bit more difficult than breeding many other animals.
While I may have bred horses and know movement, it surely won't mean I
can keep type in Cavaliers. I'm just greedy....I want to have it all.
<G>
So, therefore I ask questions and listen to Jo Ann, Claudia and
others. I venture an opinion in the hopes that it will be confirmed or
enlightened. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. (Or I could wax
philosophic and say "silent prayers, silent answers". <G>)
We are truly lucky to have some great breeders on this list from whom to
learn...
...and it would be terrific if we did all live closer to each other.
