Hi, all--

Have been following the posts this morning with interest--a lot of good points are
flowing back and forth. I wish we all weren't so far-flung too; I'd give a lot to be a
student at one of those lunches you mentioned, Myra.

Now. Cowhocks. Among all the other things that have been discussed, Suze, you hit one
nail bang on the head with this: "At a recent show I happened to be in the position to
see the Open class and looking deat at the rears there wasn't a dog in it that wasn't
markedly cowhocked. I'm not talking about a slight bit or a tad easty/westy, but
rather marked cowhocks. Judges have said to me that it is a problem in Cavaliers that
they rarely see fixed?" You're so right. This is something I've marveled at myself.
Racy, leggy Cavaliers (and other horrors) aside, why are we seeing this flaw so
consistently? For what it's worth, cowhocks are one of the faults I personally just
cannot abide by. Opinions? :-)

Best,
Robyn
