First, you have to have a flamethrower. For those that do not know what this is, it is a gas grill that has really outlived its days, but you are too cheap to buy a new one, plus the new one wouldn't be made out of nearly as good materials as the old one, so you hang on to the flamethrower. Before starting ( I try to do this about one hour before lighting) stroke the flamethrower and tell it that "tonight's the night". THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Take anywhere from 2 to 8 chicken breasts, marinate them in italian dressing, oil, extra garlic, and a special concoction of Hilarie's secret seasoning ( Sorry folks, you have to ask Hilarie for the secret). Remove chicken from marinade and place in special pan used only for carrying meats to the flamethrower (pan is also referred to as "bearer of offerings pan"). Light flamethrower, CAREFULLY STANDING WELL AWAY FROM FLAMETHROWER while shielding any wanted body parts, especially those areas with hair. Allow flamethrower to heat up, noticing how it seems to be humming as it gets hotter. When cover to flamethrower is red hot, open top (this is tricky and I am still open to suggestions as to the best way to accomplish this without getting 1st and 2nd degree burns) Place sacrifice....ummmm chicken breasts...on grill. Notice how quickly smoke begins billowing from flamethrower. Also notice how chicken seems to dance to grill. Chicken breasts are especially good dancers. When dancing has ceased and chicken breasts are thoroughly burnt to a crispy black, remove from grill, place on tray (this is a special tray referred to as "special tray for carrying burnt offerings to kitchen") Place breasts in microwave.
