Hi all,

I, too, am a pet owner first and foremost, but I have also taken on
the responsibilities of breeding my Cavaliers. Breeders should
definitely be those that are in control of breed clubs as those that
are only pet owners do not have the same experiences nor the
same 'investment' in this 'sport'. One of the most difficult aspects of
being a breeder, in my opinion, is placing puppies in the most
apropriate home. Also, in my opinion, the rift will never be repaired
until the old club ceases to act as a registry body. In my opinion,
dual registry is only pushing people apart and is not in the best
interests of the breed.

Take care, Jackie
