I really like pet owners (I was and still am a pet owner as well as a dog breeder) and know many do think for themselves; however, breeders should be in control of breed clubs. Until you've been there and done that you just can't know... No disrespect intended. I believe the CKCSCUSA needs the pet folk to finance the club. If pet owners were not allowed and encouraged to join the membership would be mighty small. Jo Ann
