Well, not quite. In the ACKCSC, it is one person/one vote. There was a dust up just last year when one of the officers was voted out instead of having "the slate" rubber stamped. This wouldn't have happened in the old club with their proxy's and voting blocks. It does make for a more democratic club. All the best, Susan Cochran
