I agree with Kim except if the dog is straining and no puppies I don't get on
the phone I get a glove and KY and I go fishing for a puppy. If I can determine
that the puppy is stuck and is not going to make it out then I get on the phone
to the vet. But if the puppies head is over the arch and just one shoulder is
stuck then I can usually maneuver the little beast out. I have a tube that fits
on the end of my tube of sterile KY jelly so if the puppy is stuck and dry I
can pump in KY to help make him slippery so he can pass on out.

Thanks
Cathy
