Hi Suze, you raise a lot of good points about varying diagnosis, multiple
facets of health that need to be taken into account as one builds the whole
picture on a breeding decision, etc.

I am still of the opinion that I would rather have one opinion made public by
a certified cardiologist over having to take someones word for it or having
no opinion available.  I am not advocating mandating what is pass what is
fail, or what level of result is deemed no longer breedable.  Leave these
decisions to the breeders if that is the best course.  I just want to give
them a little more information in a public venue from one certified source as
a starting point in their research. For what it is worth.  I think it would
hold some value.
