Terrie - I think Annette will have to help answer this. Most people who buy dogs reregistered to the English KC and spend the money to pay for them, pay to ship them and pay to register them in the US at a cost of $50 each for the AKC and CKCSC are not starting out with a dog form a BYB or puppy farm in England. Why should they? They can get the same thing here for a lot less money? <G> I think some of the hypothetical questions being posed here are just beyond reality - my opinion.
