Hi Susan, Sad to say, that was before my time so I don't have that Bulletin but I certainly will take your word for it. From your original post I jumped to the conclusion that it had just happened. However, I would like to comment that for this incident to have stayed with you for 12 years points out just how unusual an occurance that must have been and I assume was talked about amongst the exhibitors. None-the-less, you do deserve credit for digging out the facts to back up your statement and I will try to find someone with an old issue so that I can read it and agree with you that the Judge should have been critiquing the dog and not the exhibitor.
