I have never heard of a dog being "dumped" for Best In Show at a CKCSC specialty due to baiting or over baiting. And trust me, I would have heard something about this. It sounds like someone's interpretation or justification for not winning instead of accepting there was a better dog on that day than their own. I agree with Phyllis, show me the facts that support that strong statement.
