Susan, it's on pgs. 16 & 17 of the spring Bulletin. The last two paragraphs say: "What can you do? Prepare and sign a petition along the lines of the form set forth in the insert in this issue which is directed to USDA Secretary Ann Veneman, and mail it to Doris Day Animal League .... I am certain the League would also be pleased to receive any contribution you may send. Your Ethics Committee" I have thrown the form they enclosed away, but I believe someone previously said what the form was saying.
