It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to breed a dog with a mitral valve
murmur at the age of 3.5 years.
We would lose all the progress we have gained very quickly.  Are you sure
you have quoted him correctly?
I would like to see this message in his own words.  Can you get that for us?
