A brief update on the court hearing in San Diego. The "closed" hearing has been continued to 1 PM PST. However Jean Yokley who is heading the Rescue operation here in San Diego has been invited into the hearing proceedings. She has been interviewed by the video and print media to get the word out of the seriousness of the situation and that what ever the Humane Society needs, we are here to help.
