Jane May Stauffer Powelson has never quit selling. She has been selling puppies left and right all along and is now breeding as well.
I get calls almost weekly from people who got a very sick puppy from her. Most recently from one whose puppy came home with parvo and almost died. They believe Jane knew their puppy had parvo because when they went to get out their check they set the puppy down into a puppy pen with some other puppies and she VERY hurredly snatched that puppy out of the pen and held it herself until they were done. MUCH more than that has happened with this woman. She tells her buyers she fully tests all her dogs and that they are AKC registered and promises paperwork will come shortly--but not one person I know has gotten paperwork or test results from her to date. This woman is a frightening person--she is capable of doing almost anything to preserve her right to exploit and make money off these dogs. And she has done some TRULY unbelievable things. Anyone who has contact with someone who purchased from Jane--please have them contact me privately. I will give them the name of someone to relay their story to. It is vitally important that all pet buyers who purchased from Jane get their information to this person. I can't give out any more information than that however at this point in time.
