Hi Lynn,

To me, Pekes are very similar to Cavaliers in that it is their eyes
that grab you. <VBG> I grew up with Pekes and my Char Li was my
first obedience dog. She had to be retired while training for Utility
due to a recurring sore shoulder due to over enthusiastic jumping.
When I went looking for another dog for obedience, I found the
Cavalier! I was looking for those large round eyes, feathered feet
and lap size with longer legs to make for better heeling scores.
<VBG> I had always loved the color of red and white Irish setters
and I fell for the Blenheim Cavalier in a huge way.

Take care, Jackie
