I tell the Buyers that the right answers are the ones that make them feel
comfortable -- that they should  not only be listening to what is said, but
how it is said -- that after talking with a breeder for a period of time,
they will know if they feel comfortable with that breeder or not -- if they
don't they should go elsewhere.

Amazingly enough for 90% of them, the first person who has a puppy for them
is one they feel comfortable with.
