Hi all VETMEDIN used by some vets in the UK contains the active ingredient Pimobendan. We (the Southern CKCS Welfare) have 3 dogs in our care on it. The dogs are around 14-16 years of age.
As the dogs are not with me personally, I'm not in a position to tell you in detail how they are coping with it. All I know is that they seem to be well for their ages. The vet we get them from charges 43.00 pounds for 100 tablets and I think the dogs take 1 tablet twice a day.
