Thanks Claudia. No, as I said before I didn't expect and don't even want
restitution. The breeder did offer me restitution and even to let me keep
Dixie and also give me another AND keep Dixie but I declined this offer.
That is far more than I would expect or have a right to expect. Dixie's
problem is not health related, she simply is undershot. If everything else
stays good and she test out OK then I plan to breed her when she is between 2
and 3 years old. Dixie's breeder has stood by me all the way and that is all
I expect.

I have considered showing her anyway but I really am afraid that people will
get the idea that Dixie's breeder produces undershot dogs. She says this is
the first dog she has bred that has ever gone undershot. I don't want people
to get the wrong idea about her line just because I am in a hurry to learn.
She has never told me NOT to show her but I know when I was in Old English
and Bichons it would not have been appreciated.
