A bitch of mine recently had a Caesarean Section.  It was to be her last litter, so
I asked the vet to Spay her but he refused, stating that the milk was adversely 
affected by
doing it at that time.

Does anyone have any opinions or experience with this.
The only one I know of was a Pekingese who had plenty of milk for her babies
