Kelly, I don't know who Pam is but I have, on a couple of occasions, contacted someone from the list who was looking for a puppy when I have had an extra one available for placement. I am on the west coast soI would only contact someone out here so I could meet them personally. Try to find out if Pam is a reputable breeder by phoning her. Ask her the questions this list has suggested should be asked of a breeder. Pam will probably have questions for you too. Somehow I will approach a list member about a puppy more easily than non members. I know this is scary because I am sure some members would not provide a good home for one of mine.
