Susan, Why not write to the Chamber of Commerce and ask them. I doubt there's a 'city-wide' ordinance...... usually each community has their own regulations. We live less than 50 miles from Waynesville and I can vouch for the area being wonderful! By the way, I also took the test, and the results told me I should live in the Blue Ridge Mountains..... which is exactly where we moved a year ago. Good thing we picked the right area, LOL.
