Norfolk, Hampton, and Chesapeake-Virginia Beach, VA were three of the tops on my list. Interestingly enough, Knoxville, TN, where I now live, was also on my list. Not sure why that was as I can't stand the humidity here in the summer!
I've never been to northern Virginia, although I had a good friend from there a while back.
