The humidity here in Northern Virginia is deadly, too. We are in the midst of a disgusting heat wave with temps often higher than 100...with the humidity, the heat index has usually been over 110. Norfolk/Hampton/Chesapeake/VA Beach area is not part of Northern Virginia, but because they are so close to the water, it's probably worse there........I know the bugs are bigger!!!
