HI,

I just came home from school shopping with the kiddies <groan> and I haven't
had a chance to read all of the mail, but I will answer this with my
registration hat on.

You can breed to a foreign dog and register those puppies as long as the dog
is eligible for registration with CKCSC,USA. You would need a signed stud
certificate, along with a copy of the 3 generation color pedigree from the
country or origin and the registration certificate listing the owner in the
states as the owner of the dog.

We have also recently have had someone who sent some of their girls to
Germany to be bred and the same paperwork was required to register the
resulting puppies.

Kind regards,
Kim
