What about CKCS members only. Will the AKC reciprocate and recognize
them also?

well i guess we are both walking down the same tunnel myra. here in the
east most of the breeders are in favor of akc also. in fact, i know
many ckcsusa members who have said that if they find an akc only dog
they want to breed to, they will do so and not worry about what the club
thinks. have also heard members say that if akc only dogs are not going
to be recognized then they are getting out. im sure the coasts are not
the only places in this country where old club members feel that way. i
dont think there are any easy answers to this debate and unfortunately
only time will tell. my guess is that is is going to be a L O N G time
and the club will fold before then. claudia
