Actually the dual registered breeders do NOT have a problem it is only the people who chose one over the other that have a real problem.
I would like to know if you people who have dropped the old club because you don't like their politics think that most of the people in the old club care? What good are you doing by saying OH gee I want to breed to this dog and the old club won't let me so I am dropping my membership. Do you really think they care? Well if you do then you are sadly mistaken. And what good are you doing. Those of us who stick it out when people are nasty and mean and cause great heart aches are the only ones who care that you left because we lose your support to try and make changes. What good is it to get on this list and complain and bitch about the old club and it's politics. If you leave then they have less people to fight so they get their way. The only way to make a difference is to stay a member and do as you want and fight to change the rules. So many of the COE rules have been broken and ignored by the BOD. BOD doesn't seem to want to change the rules they just ignore it when certain people do it. Stop bitching and make a difference. I think the CKCSC needs to change the COE and get rid of the rules that no longer apply and get on with it. CKCSC is NOT going to die they will continue on as they always have but if you want AKC dogs allowing to be in the club you need to join the club and make your vote count. ANd I say NO to mandatory testing. It will not help matters at all and how can anyone demand certain dogs be tested and not others. What a crock. Frankly I am sick of all the bull on the list about the testing and etc. I do test my dogs but not if you tell me I HAVE too.
