I agree with you, Gerri. The problem is not with the BOD. I read the minutes of the meetings in every bulletin and it sounds as if the entire board is truly working hard on this very issue. They are putting in the time and considering it from all angles. I think the problem they are having is that they must put it to a vote of the membership and they all realize that the pet owners will vote it down because of their concepts about the AKC. The current BOD is not responsible for this mess and they are working hard to correct it. But...unless they can find a way to educate the membership about what the responsibilities of a registry are and aren't, I fear it will fail. I wish it wouldn't, but I feel it will. Myra
