It is my understanding from reading the latest bulletin that the attorney the BOD consulted told them that it is an issue that absolutely must be put to a vote of the general membership. Don't we all wish that it were a matter that the BOD could decide. I would absolutely trust them to make the right decision without a doubt. It isn't to be, however. It must be put to a vote of the entire membership. Myra
