Well, he said he isn't suing CKCSC USA, and as I understand it, he isn't. He is suing the individual members of the BOD personally except for one. So, he is right in that he is not suing the club. However, the club must be planning to pay for the legal expenses of the members of the board, so if the law suit isn't dropped it could get expensive in a hurry. Myra
