At this point in time OFA will list any dog, permanently identified or not. If the dog is not the words NO-PI (No Permanent Identification) go at the end of the number assigned. This is a temporary situation that will change in the future though so get your dogs permanently identified if you want to continue to have it shown on the AKC reg.
