This is just preposterous!!!!! Doesn't the man have anything better to do with his time? Pull-ease!! What a waste of time and resources! The board should be able to do their work as they were elected to do, as best they can, without having to worry about controlling crackpots suing them every time they have a discussion of a tough issue. Let them do their job, and if you don't like it, run for the board yourself and do a better job! See how you like it if someone sues you. This is why it is so hard to find good people to serve in organizations and in public service today.
