Could all of us/you please take a breather from this? Those of you who are participating in this discussion are commenting about pending litigation without much knowledge, I suspect, in most cases, of the consequences, regardless of your stance on the issues involved in the litigation. I doubt that most of you who are commenting about this case even know what it's about. Maybe you should try to get a copy of the Petition that was filed from Pacer or from some other online service.
In the meantime, and even then, I would strongly recommend that you give it a rest, as in *stop*. Now. No more. Not ever again in a public forum. And even not amongst yourselves privately.
