Dear Mike G., Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. Some fine breeders prefer their puppies stay close to home and an ad in the local paper might be their answer. Go for a visit, then make your decision. A personal visit will give you a chance to check out the puppies, parents, facilities and paperwork. And you will get a "feeling," good or bad, about the breeder. Ann
