I'd keep this fella on carpet - something he can get good traction on -
and I might separate him from his mom some ... like spend some time with
YOU doing some things.... at approx 2 weeks he should be getting up on
those legs some & I'd encourage him to do that ...
Or maybe let him be with Mom, but put a belly band on Mom part of that
time ?   Just trying to think of things that might help ...
Once he is up and trotting around, I don't think you'll need to worry so
much - he will be a 'big puppy' because of getting All the food, but ...
his genetics should control his ultimate size - as long as he isn't too
fat to do the running around <grin>
Just my thoughts - others might have other suggestions -
