You are so wise.  I wish I'd have thought of the
vet-expense-sharing idea.  That is exactly what I will
do as I continue my search for what the problem might
be if it's not Teddy.  I have expressed a lot of
concern for Max, and made some suggestions on various
"solutions" to apply.  My neighbor says she is
cleaning his ears daily with a solution her vet gave.
We saw the raw spots on his ear last week, and I
thought if it was Teddy, that a way to prevent the ear
from getting infected again would be to clean the ear
daily.  Nonetheless, sharing the expense is a great
idea.
