Suze, I am a pet owner but was in the purebred cat show/breeder hobby for 10 years, and I found that if a person is not able to afford a Cavalier, or any breed or animal for that matter, then the likelihood is that that person will NOT be able to afford the best veterinarian care if the Cavalier should become ill, especially with something very costly. I would think that over carefully, as I am sure it has occurred to you. Not everyone is the same.
If I couldnt afford to pay cash.........I would give my whole credit cards to save my Cavs. Or my cats, because they deserve it and mean so much to me. Not everyone would do that........please consider that the initial cost of a Cavalier is NOTHING compared to what the owner will spend over the course of that Cavs life!!!!! Best to you, and I hope to meet you since we live in adjoining towns and I have a new tri-color! He Is a real sweetie and rambunctious! Is it true what they say about colors having different personalities? (I have two adult Blenheims). I love him, and he is going to puppy school this month! His name is Eli. He is marked well with a blaze and tan in the right places, and broken up black and white on his body! Love to all, Maureen Kopper On 10/16/02 4:25 PM, "Susan A.
