Will making it user configurable help ?
i:e
if user echoes "0" in reclassify do whatever
currently happens.
if user echoes "-1" in reclassify , place
all the processes in classes where they fit
and if there is no rule , let it be in
where it was.
if user echoes "-2" , place all the processes
in classes as per rules and place processes
which not abide by any rule in default class.
Negative values will not conflict with pids
which user may want to reclassify.
This is what i feel
This should not harm users as it maintains
basic functionality and is providing user
with
finer control.
