A month ago, you would have been wrong. We've always followed Sun's fair use guidelines for using the Java mark. See http://java.sun.com/nav/business/trademark_guidelines.html. No more than a month ago, they allowed anyone to call their Java products, "XYZ for Java". The new fair use naming convention is to add a tagline which says "Java Edition" or "For the Java Platform". So this results in a name change (yet again) to "GNU Classpath, Essential Libraries for the Java Platform", or GCELFTJP, for short. -- Paul Fisher * [EMAIL PROTECTED]
