I can confirm that Windows7 64 bit IS NOT supported. I get an error "Agent user 
operating system is not supported".. 

so frustrating.  This problem of OS support shouldnt be a problem. Cisco has 
relationships with Apple and Microsoft, and should be able to get a new client 
out the door before these OS's hit the streets.
