A couple ideas put forth:

1. Incanter charts with d3 (http://d3js.org/) ?  Perhaps facilitated by 
Dribnet's Strokes library (https://github.com/dribnet/strokes).

2. Finding ways to integrate Incanter and Clojurescript.
